By accessing or using Solarscout (the "Service") provided by Scout Data Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
Solarscout is a SaaS platform that provides AI-powered solar prospect identification and qualification tools.
You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
Access to Solarscout requires a paid subscription. Payments are non-refundable and will be billed in advance on a recurring basis via Stripe. Signing up for the service constitutes an agreement to pay the subscription fees. Accounts can be cancelled at any time by emailing team[at]solarscout[dot]app, and no further charges will be made. Any charges made prior to cancellation via email will not be refunded.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Scout Data Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever.
In no event shall Scout Data Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes.
